Villa Due Torri 

 

Private luxury villa sleeps 2-8. Free Wi Fi, Central heating in winter, Air conditioning, constant hot water heated by solar panels on the roof. All windows have fly screens. Arrival day any. Min stay 5 nights. For larger groups there are extra rooms, including a family apartment, in the Masseria. For couples or smaller groups/families then the Villa is available to rent with two bedrooms at a discounted price. The Villa and grounds are accessible by wheelchair.

This stunning large 3 bedroom villa is set in the beautiful and extensive grounds of Masseria Due Torri. The Villa is a short one minute walk through an orchard of citrus and fruit trees to the Masseria and private swimming pool. A heavenly and perfect location, providing private entrance from the road, ample parking, gardens, swing, barbeque and equipment, sun beds, outdoor furniture, games, sunny and shady terraces. Views across the pool, ancient olive trees and the Adriatic sea. The sparkling large private pool 14m x 7m is surrounded by spacious terraces and lawns, which are shared with the occupants of the Masseria.

Entrance is from the large covered dining terrace which has a large dining table with 8 chairs, into a central hallway which leads to all rooms. The first bedroom has a king size double bed with an en-suite. The second bedroom has two singles. The third bedroom has a king size double bed. All bedrooms have space for a babies cot and the second bedroom has space for an additional single bed if required. All bedrooms are equipped with a hairdryer. There is a family bathroom. All linens and towels are supplied as well as pool towels together with some toiletries. The modern open plan kitchen and dining room is equipped with a large extending table with 8 chairs, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven and hob, microwave, electric kettle and toaster, laundry equipment including an iron and ironing board, cleaning materials and cool box. A comfortable lounge area is equipped with TV and DVD, books, magazines, tourist information and games. One of the two sofas is also a comfortable double sofa bed.

A welcome hamper of local produce including drinks will be available on arrival and there is a wide selection of our own produce, local foods and drinks to purchase during your stay.

Rental includes all utilities, tourist tax and an end of stay clean. Additional services include breakfasts, cleaning maid service, chef, taxi, bike rental, shopping, babysitting and pushchair.
